AC 900F Process Station

1.1 Overview

The Freelance system is an extensible system consisting of a process station and an operator station. Resource allocation for process stations and operator stations is performed in accordance with the IEC 61131-3 standard. The process station and the operator stand in the project tree to form a structured hierarchy, which is responsible for distributing the application and displaying the required hardware structure for the site.

 

The AC 900F controller consists of the following components:

 

· Central Processing Unit (CPU) module PM 902F, including:

 

  4 Ethernet interfaces

 

  1 diagnostic interface

 

 2 serial ports

 

  Display unit (not standard, optional)

 

· 1 fieldbus interface module

 

· Up to 10 direct-connected S700 I/O modules can be connected to the I/O base

 

The AC 900F controller can be configured with up to two Profibus modules. The controller can be selected for redundant or non-redundant configurations.

 

The application of the inserted input/output module depends on the type of module and the number of process signals.

 

The AC 900F controller can be connected to fieldbus-enabled components such as remote I/O, field devices and network components. The equipment provided by Yingkong can be applied to both standard work areas and hazardous work areas.

 

Use the tool Diagnoses to configure and debug production tasks on your computer. In addition to supporting a graphical interface, Diagnoses also has field device extended diagnostics.

 

The production automation task is configured in the editor according to the IEC 61131-3 standard. After the configuration is completed, it is downloaded online to the AC 900F controller.

 

For a more intuitive monitoring of project progress, it is recommended to use the powerful operator software DigiVis.

 

System Overview

 

The system display mode shows the graphical interface of the hardware structure.

 

Single stations are connected by a system bus (Ethernet line). The system bus consists of twisted pairs that carry signals between the process station, the operator station and the engineering station. AC 900F process station internal communication (for example, communication between CPU and I/O modules) is implemented by an I/O station bus (input/output bus).

 

The subsystem is connected to the system through a serial port. The AC 900F has two channels connected to the CPU to activate the serial interface.

 

The engineering station (workstation) is a personal computer with Microsoft® Windows® operating system and CBF engineer software installed for system configuration, file archiving and debugging. Once the mission is complete, the engineering station can be used for remote operation or for other purposes.

 

The operator station (workstation) is a personal computer with Microsoft® Windows® operating system and DigiVis operator software installed. CBF and DigiVis software can be used on the same computer at the same time.

 

Profibus module in the AC 900F controller - CI 930F.

 

The communication interface CI 930F is the Profibus DP main line module in the AC 900F process station, which can be used for a single AC 900F process station or for a redundant AC 900F process station.

 

The CI 903F module can be configured in the C1 or C2 slot on the left side of the AC 900F controller.
